LizabugDesigns offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and send your item back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lizabugdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on how to send it back. You will be responsible for covering the costs for the return postage.We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.Returns that show signs of wear and tear or do not meet eligible requirements will not be accepted but can be returned to you at your expense. Return shipping invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, item will be discarded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  1. 1: Damages & Issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We always aim to please the customer!
  2. 2: Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
    Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased from another vendor, printables, digital downloads, or gift cards.
